Research and development collaboration

The majority of work packages are divided between participating partners. There are researchers working on the same work package from different organisations. This method enables the consortium to benefit from the best experts in the field – instead of being supplied only with the best expertise from a single organisation – and furthermore benefiting from the direct exchange of information between national partners. This is vital, since one key aspect in the project is to align national evaluation methods and create common solutions for the wood-working sector.
